Bump!

He did an interview on MSNBC recently. He was delightful and charming. He stuck to the message that he knows how to govern and bring people together. Very smooth, and I think rural and suburban voters will eat it up.

And they asked him point-blank whether he was running in 2020, and he gave a coy answer.

Which means he's running! Get on the Bullock train, people!
