Does anyone sleep with a weighted blanket?
We love it. Very comforting.

We got one for our youngest who always had sleep problems - he really likes the feeling.

I do, and I like it. So does my daughter.

In the winter, Mr. SK and I experience the room temp differently, so we have our regular top sheet, blanket and bedspread over the whole bed, and then on my half I have three additional blankets (two hand-knit afghans and one other blanket). Together, on top of the other bedding, these are very heavy and I wonder if they're similar to the feel of a weighted blanket.

But in the summer, I don't use any of these extra blankets, and we just have a top sheet and bedspread thingy.

So, for people who get used to weighted blankets, how does that work in hotter weather? Wouldn't they make it awfully hot?

I had a heavy quilt over a blanket.
Bob could not tolerate the weight.
Now I have two light fleece blankets for winter.
Should get a light bedspread for appearance sake. Have been telling myself that for at least three years.
