We got his Ultimate Veg book when it was released and it inspired us to eat way less meat. We still have meat maybe once or twice a week, but some weeks not at all. I’ve cooked meat I think four times since we got the book (which was back in November).

never been convinced that recipes with a zillion ingredients are better than ones with just a few.
