Compelled Uighur Labor

If true, the US and EU should ban all products from these factories, and all products that have any components from these factories. I could go further and say ban all products from the companies whose subsidiaries participate in this, but I doubt the US would have the spine to shut Nike sales down completely until they start to behave.

This ban would not be "protectionism." The US has recognized the illegality of forced labor (under the ILO) and can therefore legally take action against China and Chinese firms (private and state owned).
