I’d like to read up on the run up to WW2, specifically as it relates to Hitler.

Any suggestions?

I've read several of these, but it's been a long time. Might be time to revisit.

Hope jon chimes in; would be interesting to see what's on his list.

Rick Steves has a new program called The Story of Fascism in Europe. Might be a good starting point.

Read the rise and fall of the third reich if it’s the rise of Hitler you’re most interest in.

An absolute page turner. I reread it every 10 years or so.

Another option less focused on the internals of Germany is The Gathering Storm, the first volume of Churchill’s 6 volume set. Needless to say a classic and a brilliant read.
