Curious - Do you sprinkle some cinnamon on the coffee grounds before you brew? Or directly into a brewed cup of coffee?

A restaurant we used to go to had the best coffee, and they said that's what they did to make the cheapo food service coffee drinkable. It didn't taste like cinnamon. It was just tasty coffee.

I sprinkle it on the half and half almond milk mixture before I warm it up in cup in the microwave. Then I pour the hot coffee in. I also have a cocoa/chipotle chile pepper powder mix I use sometimes too. I like the extra zing.

3 or 4 depending on mood...or how well I can manipulate the toaster controls on any morning.
