In general Moderna generates a higher antibody response and Pfizer a better T-cell response. They don’t really know why, last I heard.

My team thinks the mix is important. If you have a series of Moderna and show no antibodies then try a Pfizer. The various combinations are being tested now and some people think by the end of the year they’ll recommend a combination at least for transplant patients, but I ain’t got time for that sh1t. lol
