There's a really nice lady at Costco who works at the returns/membership desk. Her name is Penelope and she's originally from Canada.

I ran into her today and I asked her if she was done celebrating; I was referring to the Raptors' win a few weeks ago. She said: "The day isn't over yet!"

I forgot it was Canada Day.

After over 5 years with a British Columbia connection, I've finally gotten into my head that there is Canada Day, but there is nothing special about the 4th of July.
