Low grade, but still. Headache since last night, Cough got worse last night and I feel like I have a sinus infection. This seriously sucks. Doctors office is calling in an antibiotic prescription just in case. Steve, on the other hand, still feels good.
No! Sorry you are sick again. Hopefully, it IS a sinus infection (I used to always get them from stress and exhaustion. You've certainly had plenty of both).
If so, the antibiotics should knock it out. Fingers crossed.

I tested negative for the second time a week ago (last Tuesday). My temp went back down to normal on Friday. (It had gone up the Sunday night before that, and because of this, because I still had a cough, and because I was living it with a positive, they decided to test me a second time.) Except for a slight cough, my temp stayed down until this morning.
If your negative test is accurate, then you are just working your way through something non-COVID.
If it turns you have the virus, I thought that it generally takes a couple of weeks for it to run its course.
You seem to be into week 2 (I'm assuming your temp bumped up a week ago Sunday/Monday for you to have gotten tested on Tuesday). So you still have a little way to go.
I know you have been consulting with the doctor, but in the meanwhile, you can always double check your status using the Apple screening tool to see if you should be doing anything else.
Besides not feeling well physically, I'm sure the emotional fatigue is there, too. Just try to get some rest and stay as well fed and hydrated as you can.
Hang in there, kiddo
