I want to do the Ratatouille Adventure in Epcot. It shrinks you down to a rat’s eye view. Daughter rode it last week.

Can't remember the particulars anymore.
IIRC, it's the "Toy Story" Buzz Lightyear themed ride where I got to ride and shoot at stuff with pretend laser gun thingie.

The new Star Wars ride at Disney LA was the most exciting ride I’ve been on. The special effects and graphics are spectacular!

The detailing of the area surrounding it is worth seeing as well.
