Seems to introduce quite a bit of safety hazards too. If you cannot tell where the furniture is or where one step ends and the other step begins on a staircase, it becomes dangerous.

No HOA for sure. But curious if there is a log of Karen complaints at the local town hall or police station.

That’s just what I was thinking, looking at the interior. I’d be bumping into furniture in that dining room.
