Things to do with rice
We have a ton of rice. We use sushi rice for dog food and I have a Costco-sized sack of aged basmati.

We use this, purchased at Costco. Mixed with veggies (sweet potatoes or pumpkin) and poultry (chicken or turkey).

Maggie prefers her dinners without nori, though.

Kokuho Rose is what Mr. SK buys.

Except, it's been sold out down here for at least three weeks. Frowner

I cook rice all the time. I start with chicken stock that I have made myself...after roast chicken, I boil the carcus, plus, to make stock and freeze it.

Add herbs...always garlic chives which is browning outside kitten door. Plus what is available, dried, frozen from last year.

Try different soups as base.
