I remember this listed. I liked a lot especially from the front. I thought the interior colors were too bright.

The price increase to $69 M is Said to be for, "extensive renovations." Call me sceptical.

This house hadn't been lived in to the best of my knowledge. I can't imagine renovation totalling 6x the original asking price have been done.

The few pictures shown here don't look different than the ones I've seen at Zillow. I'll look at the current Zillow listing.

It's academic because I'm not buying it but seems pretty shocking anyway.

I have a fantasy about winning the lottery and moving to Colorado. I would like to live in a well built house on 5-7 acres.

Gambling illegal in Hawaii. Well, I finally looked at a lottery vending machine at a convenience store. The prices were shocking and I didn't understand any of the games.

Maybe next year I'll learn more about it.

I can't find the address but it wasn't a shell! It's interior was complete and I don't think the 60 pictures on Zillow were AI.

Real Estate people can be shameless.

Zillow says their estimate of my home's value has increased to by 20% since the last time I looked.

I've never trusted their valuations.
