He had already announced he wouldn’t run for re-election. Now he’s leaving mid-term.

No, Boebert is running in Buck's district (4th). She abandoned the 3rd district because Adam Frisch looked set to smack her down. Others in the 4th consider her a carpetbagger. We'll see. She has name recognition, which matters a lot, seemingly, for the unthinking troglodytes of the MAGA GOP.
