It's a piece called "a r." by Iannis Xenakis. In French, a (with accent mark) = for, and the R is for Ravel, so "for Ravel" What you see is the last page of the piece, with my fingerings. I did play this once!

That's quite a piece of music! Thanks for posting the video. It looks so cool on the page, it's awesome to be able to read it while listening to it. Not to mention the fact that I can't really make heads or tails of it without the audio because there's no time signature etc. and my musicianship isn't good enough to operate in those parameters!
