Recently came across some inline skating competition videos on YouTube.

Never seen anything like it before. I am not surprised that this sort of inline skating competition exists, but I am very surprised to find that it has reached this level of athleticism and artistry!

I like inline skating.
Was never much for twirls.
Prefer larger wheels for speed.
Skated Dillon to Frisco and Frisco to Copper a number to times.
Have not been on them for a while.

Strong element of the old "school figures" in that exercise. You're constrained by the slalom course, but can improvise within those constraints.

Both of my kids became proficient inline skaters. They played hockey.
