2 horses allowed per acre in the covenants. Beautiful native grass pasture filled with wildflowers in the back!

The photos do not do the gardens justice! All on automatic waterers. The only downside is the water is city water and it is metered. I hate Missoula city water--and it is expensive. Oddly the house is in the county. So we will find out if we are allowed to drill a well. There is a lovely county park with a trail along a creek half a block down the street.
