Hard to Imagine

I have never given a thought to fishing for "big ones." I'm guessing there should be two rules.

1. Never entangle your hand/arm in the line

2. Wear some harness that is attached to the boat.

I pulled in a 100+ lb halibut in Alaska. I think that’s about the biggest think I’d care to wrestle with. I don’t even like halibut that much. I went on the trip for salmon.
