Good thread on the "ten commandments" lawI will be curious to hear SCOTUS decision, given the 1980 precedent and all that has followed. Hard to imagine more than 3 votes in favor of the law, and the "logic" the three employ will likely be very tortured indeed.
If the GOP majority on the Court has any sense, they'll reverse the law without much if any comment.

The unenlightened vision of one of the bill's prime movers, Rep. Dodie Horton would be sad if not so offensive.
