https://www.fairindigo.com/pro...blend-v-neck-t-shirt Jodi, what colors and in what percentages make teal? This shirt is described as, "deep teal." Would you agree? I'm buying the other blue but I'm debating on this one. Thanks.

to me, teal is a blue green mix, close to equal parts, but what color looks like into will totally depend on what blue and what green you started with. I would call that color a dark teal. I like that color, but also like the light indigo.

Apparently the color name comes from the name of a bird - for the stripe on their head - which I would call a teal green (so tends towards green) but you could have a teal blue that tends towards blue. (That deep teal shirt tends towards blue in my opinion).

Interesting. Green and blue are my favorite colors. I could send it back. I bought the Navy but it seemed to have too much purple in it (if I'm describing it right). I exchanged it for the dark gray color. It hasn't arrived yet but I'm sure I'll like it. I also thought I was L. I'm M. Lol. Thanks.

So hard to judge colors from online catalogs, all depends on your screen and their photos and sometimes they are really off. I bought a couple of pairs of riding breeches on super sale, I’m sure nobody wanted them because the photos made them look bright red and sky blue, but in reality they are much more subtle and dark, more burgundy and a darker blue. A great deal!
