Have two nieces educated in public schools in Tennessee.
A child of one of them was in Boston in a hospital with a medical problem.
The niece is a Dental Hygienist with a bachelor's degree from a state college.
After speaking with a staff member of the hospital staff she told me that people in Boston must be different.
She realized that they were better educated and that the gap was substantial.
