We don't usually work on houses but this house belongs to one of my good customers and she wants me to coordinate some repairs, including a new roof, repaint inside and out and a bunch of honey-do items.

It's a nice enough house - not real big - built in 1962. Close to the beach.



But check out the view!

I suspect that if she ever sold it the new owner would raze it and build a McMansion.
