I'm reading this.

I've read the first paragraph, and I want to take notes (yes, I'm a nerd).

"In the file was a haphazard collection of records from the French government of Indochina (modern Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos) detailing the number of rats killed on each day and the amount of money paid out to the rat hunters."

Whoa. I've heard of "Indochina" but confess I didn't know anything about it. This helps explain the US bombing of Cambodia, no?

Note to self: look up "Indochina" Wikipedia entry.

"In the French colonial government v Rattus norvegicus, the rodent had emerged victorious." LOL!
