Private entities are allowed to establish those requirements as they wish. It's not a protected classification.

And it would not be unusual for the feds to require it for air travel. You already have to show ID ... no ID, no flight.

And many doctors' offices require ID.

I have to show my ID to pick up some scrips at CVS.

And so forth.

This is the future.
