What I've learned with age? No need to rush recovery. Heal first. Be diligent with PT, but don't push; just keep at it. There will be ups and downs - and I was able to still find improvement up to 2 years later.

Tomorrow I get shot number 5.

I had 3 Pfizer by the end of May and showed no antibodies.

Had a Moderna in late August and had a decent response but it has deteriorated more rapidly than usual, I calculate about a 25day half life, around 1/3 the expected amount (at least for a person with 2 Moderna shots).

Tomorrow at 2pm I'm getting a 2nd Moderna.

I was very surly and antisocial after I got the booster shot. So, no side effects at all really…
