Hey Steve! Another one!

Omg, this was so good. I made a half recipe. Added way more spinach, and a little more chili crisp. We use pecorino Romano (from costco). Another NYT recipe, but found the recipe here so everyone can see:

I made this the other night. It was so good that MFR, who despises fish, liked it. Totally easy. I did season the fish, which they do not call for, and cooked it a bit longer. Was great for lunch the next day too.
