Esp since the trial will (must) be in south Florida, an area that voted about 45 percent for I-1. Statistically, there will be at least one person who is positive I-1 won the election and will lie to get on the jury and do his or her patriotic duty to vote to acquit I-1 of everything.

The azz-clown will get off. Again.

So if these are criminal charges does this mean he'll have to spend time under house arrest or in federal prison?

He's a real challenge for his attorneys. He won't shut up.

Donald Trump on Monday said he did not hand over government records to federal officials when asked because he was too busy to sift through the contents of the boxes.

In an interview with Fox News, the former president said that the documents that the National Archives and Records Administration insisted he return were intermingled with personal materials in containers stored at his estate in Mar-a-Lago. He added that he did not have the time to separate the personal from the governmental.

“Before I send boxes over,” Trump told host Bret Baier, “I have to take all of my things out. These boxes were interspersed with all sorts of things.”
