How's a one-time $1T infusion supposed to solve the US national debt problem?

The US is running a structural annual deficit of $1T a year, and we're already at $22T on national debt.

After you get a one-time infusion of $1T, you merely hold the debt at $22T for one year. Then what?

Hey! Don't try to inject actual thought into this story! That's completely unacceptable in any way. Rational, well considered projections about the future are total FAKE NEWS!

Geez, get a grip man.
