I thought the same--a prop. Cheeks aren't right at all. Action cavity height is totally wrong. And the logo's totally wrong. Also, near as I can tell, that thing has no plate. If it had one, we'd see light reflecting off those gold bars. My guess is it's a styrofoam mock-up.

I painted a huge oil on canvas copy of Van Gogh's "Cafe Terrace" and put him (ear all bandaged) and myself at the nearest foreground table, with a bottle of absynthe between us and his severed ear laid on the table where the light from that yellow lamp shines through the green liquid across it. I named the thing "Abysnthe Maketh the Heart Grow Fonder".
