Remember "Northern Exposure"? The show where a New York Dr. has to work in Alaska - There was an episode where one of the characters builds a trebuchet and searches the town for something good to fling. Another character suffers a house fire - freeing up the family piano.

You can tell that they had the keys free for flinging, the way they came off in the air. I couldn't find a picture of the piano at impact though.

I LOVED Northern Exposure. I still miss it! It was never the same after Joel left the show.

I have a second cousin who starred on that show. I am embarrassed not to have seen it - I especially don't have cable. I wonder if it's available on video.

What do you wear when you go to tune?

I'll admit to being pretty casual... Jeans and a button shirt - in cooler weather, I do have a sport coat that I wear. But in cold weather, the "poofy" warm coat comes out! I'm a fanatic about removing my shoes at the door. It's become such a habit that I find myself kicking off my shoes onstage for tunings if the theater is empty!

Anyone remember this movie?
