Kewl! I knew about the MIT tradition of donning the dome, but not about the piano. When did they pull that one off?

It looks to me like he's pressing down on the end of the case with his foot to lever it up into the truck.

If I was the owner of the piano, I think I'd be contemplating violence....

He's not even using a grand dolly to move it. That's a vertical piano dolly.
