Geez, I forgot all about this thread. Belated congratulations, Dale!

I'm supposed to hack it up perform on March 19. I'll be doing Chopin Prelude in Bm and "The Tambourine" by, erm, I forget the fellow's name.

I played them both at group class and earned the ultimate compliment: "Boy, you weren't nearly as nervous this time as you usually are."

ThumbsUp

Hi, I'm new here Smiler

Do juries count? If so I have mine on the 19th, my repertoire consists of..
Bach's Prelude and Fugue in C#M
Chopin's Ballade in Ab (No.3)
Beethoven's Sonata in Ab (Op.110)
Debussy's Reflections from Images Book 1

Personally I want to cry right now, they booked my jury 45 minutes after my big-scary music history final (I hope I can hold up)

Recital tomorrow - the 21st . I am doing Raindrop Prelude. It's rainy today, so it's perfect practicing weather.

Who in the world is that?

Your program looks really interesting. Wonderful variety, and I can easily say I don't know a single one of those pieces (much as I love it, I have heard the Prokofiev one too many times)

Where will it be held?

It will be held in my church in Sydney, nothing big and exciting.

Taktakishvili isn't well known obviously
Taktakishvili

I heard a flutist play it in a concert during university and fell in love with it.

I do know Bolling, he has some very cool jazz sonatas for 2 pianos which we are dying to play.

Ugh, you are SUCH a flutist! I don't want to see the flute parts, I wanna see the piano parts!!! Razzer

Please remind us about the concert as it approaches!
