teachumThe WTF Losers
Good job, Plays; but as others said, be careful not to go TOO fast. It is nice to get that great big start though. I don't know if you were following last summer, but a veggie based, lo-salt soup really helped me out with the hunger last summer when I first started losing. I would imagine it is okay on WW.

AmandaWell done, skinny katie!!
But I have a comment for YOU, Ms. Sphinx webmistress.
First - LOVE the picture at the top of the Pinblock (haven't checked to see if there are others).
However, having checked in vain for a chocolate thread, I must conclude with some consternation that the box of assorted treats, is supposed to accompany ...this one!
Just what I (at least) don't need. How's about a nice cornecopia of fruit or leotard-clad middle aged hottie with sweatband, next to an apple and water bottle?
Huh?

ChickGrandI figure I'm right back at "100". Too much fudge and more recently, too many homemade cookies. I haven't actually weighed, but I know from how my clothes fit where I am (hanging over a tight wasitband). I need spring and some yardwork. It's back to square one for me.

That was the idea.

(You don't think I want to keep hitting 100 over and over again all by myself, do you?)

plays88keysI lost 1/2 pound this week, for a two week total of 7.5
Not bad considering that on my anniversary I ate filet mignon, and drank champagne to wash down the creme brulee.

Reminds me of one of my favorite fridge magnets. It's a scale, that when you press on it, activates a voice that exclaims (sounding agonized): "OW!! That hurts! Don't PUSH so hard. Ooh, owwww!"

Hell will freeze over before Kenny will learn my BMI, but I will say I've lost another 2.5 pounds this week, for a 3 week total of 10.
I still have such a long way to get to goal.

plays88keysThanks Teachum, but I just broke bad. It's always a mistake to go to the grocery store hungry, but what I did was far worse. My blood sugar took a nosedive as I was bringing the bags into the kitchen. I grabbed a newly purchased bag of dried fruit, bought for stirring into yogurt or sprinkling on cereal, and devoured the entire bag. Then I looked at the nutrition label. I just ate 650 calories. This is one of the few times in my life when I wish I could make myself throw up.

AdagioMStaying in the hospital with Mr. AdagioM since he had lung surgery on Friday. Lost 3 pounds. I don't recommend it!
I got to sleep at home last night. Ahhhhh.

teachumDon't beat yourself up too badly, Plays.
Michelle - how is hubbie? How are you?

AdagioMWe are fine. Benign is a great word! We hope he's coming home on Thursday or Friday. His parents came out and stayed with the kids while I did hospital duty, which was a great help.
