This from the organization that not only condemns gays and child abusers, but shows them compassion by protecting them... that is if they are priests.

And wasn't Pope Pius XII also a Nazi sympathizer?

And didn't the church take almost 400 years to acknowledge their mistake about Galelio?

No wonder Connie and I consider ourselves recovering Catholics. I find it amazing that anyone takes these rants seriously.

Catholic Church weighs in?! I don't know who that guy is in the vid you posted, but he's not the Catholic Church.

So if a Democrat in Iowa says something, you attribute the statement to the Democratic Party?

Good lord!

Obama is against the Catholic Church? I don't see it.

The reports I have seen is that the Vatican has told the US Bishops to tone down their criticism of Obama on abortion and other similar issues because the Vatican sees a lot of commonality between Obama's agenda domestically and the Church's social justice views. The Vatican also sees commonality between Obama's foreign policy and the Vatican's view of the world.
