Yikes! I knew you’re not supposed to do that, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen that kind of demo or even a photo, only descriptions. If a picture is worth a thousand words, this video is worth millions!

So what happens? Water boils and turns to steam immediately, and aerosolizes the oil?
I was wondering about that too. Is it because oil and water don't mix and the water sends the oil upward, infusing it with lots of oxygen (which is just a less impressive way of saying aerosolize...)
