It’s 5:56, and I’ve gone to the gym, did weights as well as 3mi on the treadmill, practiced scales, and did my daily sight reading.

Now I’m brewing coffee then I’ll wake up Rachel and the boy.

Fine, after you wake the boy up, get back to curing cancer already!

Good morning!

That I don’t sleep much is just a fact, not really a choice. Though I’m happy to be someone who doesn’t need much sleep.

I was up until 4 am and have to get up in an hour to get to PT and hopefully pick up the right pain meds at last.

Woke up at 3:50 - wide awake. I do have a fade moment during the day but seems like my body has decided on a wake-up time.

Me too almost exactly, Ken, FitBit says I woke up at 3:36. I was at the gym by 4.

I love a 24 hr gym and a digital piano (‘24 hr piano’). It means I can always be productive regardless of the time.

I often spend an hour or more awake in the middle of the night reading or having cereal
Sometimes I stay awake, promising myself that I will nap later. I find that I lied usually.
At Bob’s I have my Clavinova, but the dog sleeps next to it.
