Is anyone else doing it?

We don't have any teddy bears, but here's our contribution:

And here's one I found online that I thought was really cute:

I know there are people running around my town looking for the Bears. I also know we have any number of bears that we are not doing anything with.

We are on the out-of-the-way cul-de-sac and I doubt anybody will come looking for bears, but tomorrow I will do the first useful thing that anyone has ever done with these bears and put them in the window.

I will also hang the flag, which seems like a small but significant thing to do and my neighbors appear to be embracing.

I don’t have much else to do. Maybe I can bring a little joy.

Our house is kind of at the entrance to the neighborhood, for lack of a better way to put it. So I think a far amount of people may see it.

We actually saw them in our neighborhood and that was how I learned about it.

We have this in our neighborhood but not much.

More so is large letters of the alphabet...you have to walk all over to find them all.

We found one yesterday while searching for mask materials. Our basement is an amazing treasure trove of stuff we didn't know was there and no one knows how it got there or why. This little white teddy has overalls and an American flag on it's chest, so in the window by the hiker biker trail it went.

I only have a stuffed puppy. Valentines gift from Mr Pique many years ago. Would that work?

I”m going to put Tedward in the window. I’ve had him since I was 16; it’s about time he earned his keep!

Finally got my bears up today. Dr. Bear even has his own face mask!

I had completely forgotten about Dr. Bear. He was a gift to Son 1 from hospital staff at Children’s Hospital in Harrisburg PA after emergency hernia surgery. Son 1 had an incarcerated hernia at 35,000 feet, and we couldn’t get home to NY (thunderstorms).

We saw several bears this evening oun our neighborhood walk.
