This is what it looks like on my iPad.

Their solutions are always two words.

The puzzles change at 3am every day, so sundays puzzle is still up:

My solution was biscuit and taxonomy.

Almost never, I got lucky. Puzzles with difficult letters (q,x,z) are sometimes easier because there aren’t as many word options. (They’ve done xylophone twice since I’ve been playing). Also puzzles where you can do “ing” endings.

I like all 3 games. I haven’t used hints for Spelling Bee, and I can usually get to genius, but I’ve only gotten to Queen Bee once.

Wordle is nice because it’s very limited! 6 tries and that’s it.

I love LetterBoxed.

Yeah, I got today's in 3 tries as well. Sometimes, when you have ruled out a set of letters, the actual word is one of the few remaining choices that is actually a real word.

Managed yesterday’s letterboxed in two, but not the same as their solution.

Damn, Jodi. I am enjoying letter-boxed a lot less since learning the solution is supposed to be in just two words. It was supposed to be relaxing wordplay before bed, and now it's just too hard and I'm too tired. Will have to switch to working on it over breakfast.

I'm pretty sure that the number of words to solve changes each day. Note where it says "try to solve in X words" -- the number is not the same each day, sometimes it's 5, sometimes 6...

Steve, for Wordle, the 2xx number is the number of the puzzle (puzzle #206). The fraction is how many guesses it took to solve it. You always get 6 guesses, Jodi solved this one in 3 out of 6.

Once you solve a puzzle, a box pops up with a share button, click that and it's saved to your PC's clipboard. You can share to FB like that without doing anything extra.

But to share to WTF, you have to either share it to FB (with privacy set to public) else to a hosting site. Once you have a url for the image, you can post it here.
