Originals are ike chewing soggy paper. Even full fat milk and sugar fail to make them attractive.
Crunchy nut cornflakes though are something else. And full of salt/sugar.

My go to cereals are oats, granola, or the oats cluster types. Tesco for example do honey and chocolate oat cluster versions, both nice enough to eat dry out of the box. I add milk blueberries banana satsuma

Whenever I'm reminded of carbs, I am aware how much I'm a texture eater. (crunchy!)

But the good news is I realize I'm no longer attracted to cereal - a triumph. Not even granola.

Well, maybe cheerios and even then I can turn away.
