Perhaps we can finally lay to rest one of my least favorite recent buzz expressions:

"It's all good".

I've long loved the one word uplift from Thich Nhat Hanh, "Breathe". Somehow, though, it just serves to remind me of the most killing symptom of this virus (and I've slways dreaded suffocation), so perhaps not now.

Meanwhile, my late aunt's well-known self-sustaining mantra might well serve as mine for now:
"This too will pass".
