The biggest problem is that it's super salty. Mix it with something like hash browns and it's pretty tasty.

Some of those new flavors look pretty good!

We went to a party years ago where they had a Spam recipe contest. The contestants were super clever - Spamghetti, Rack of Spam, Green Eggs and Spam, and a bunch of others.

I was the judge. Cool

Mr. AM once made Spamburger Helper while I was out of town. Consider the sodium content of one serving!
