I hope we don't treat Biden (or anyone) as the "obvious candidate." That didn't work out so well in 2016....

Read an article just this morning worrying about the "Coronation of Joe Biden."

The media is paying attention only to Biden since his announcement.

I agree he’s from a bygone era.

Btw a man in my office rubbed my shoulders in a bidenesque way the other day. Shudder.

Warren would be my choice. She’s smart.

Biden is in trouble already. Trevor Noah did a bit pointing out how Biden makes a lot of verbal mistakes. He does not sound like his mental skills have kept up. Could be an issue.

Let's remember that Biden's verbal gaffes are nothing compared to Trump's ridiculous pronouncements.

He's not at all right for it. I don't understand why or where he's polling so high.

quote:
“The younger generation now tells me how tough things are—give me a break,” said Biden, while speaking to Patt Morrison of the Los Angeles Times to promote his new book. “No, no, I have no empathy for it, give me a break.”.

That's from just a couple years ago. Ugh. We do not need this.

No Biden.

No Bidener.

Biden? No.

Biden? Hell no.

Biden? Who?

I don't think I approve of Biden's campaign. Give me another six months and I might change my mind.

Am I the only one who remembers when Bob Dole was running, and God love him, he was campaigning one day and fell off the stage?

To me Biden seems like the same kind of candidate, i.e one not up to the race.

Imagine "we" run our 76 year old former two time Vice President. "We" will lose.

I took a look at the Politico article today basically saying Biden is considered a god by Democrats in Florida. I wanted to vomit.

I remember it. I also remember him joking about it in a subsequent debate with Clinton.

He joked about getting a phone call from a private injury attorney before he even hit the ground, asking him if he wanted to sue the host of the event, which was something like the ladies club of podunk. I further remember Bill laughing - at his joke, not at his fall. Smiler

Remember when ‘trial lawyers’ were pilloried by the GOP? Seems rather quaint now.
