Thanks to all of you. My sister-in-law in called my brother-in-law in Anchorage with more info and asked him to call me. This morning my brother had a high fever and pneumonia. He was started on regeneron at some point. The doctor told her that he would be out of the hospital on Friday.

If they really are sure he'll be out of the hospital on Friday (how can they know?), maybe that's because they've been getting such great results from Regeneron, it really IS a great treatment - as with Trump. Just curious, but is it covered by his insurance and if so, what IS his insurance?

Talked to him this morning. Sent a Hunter S. Thompson quote via text to check. He answered, so I called. He sounded good. He is about to start setting things right with the doctors and nurses, which may get him released. He has a long term problem with low red blood cell count. The doctors have been little help. He told me it is genetic. I should get it checked. His oximeter readings are higher than mine ever reach. I doubt the hospital stay will change his mind about anything.
