We have done lots of them! They are fun if you like puzzles. Some are better than others. If you have mobility issues always make sure that won’t be a problem before you go in. Most are fine but I have done two that required a crawl through a tight space or coming down a ladder. I haven’t done one since the before times but we used to go every couple months. During Covid we got a few escape room style games for home. If anyone is interested in that route I strongly recommend https://themysteryagency.com/ The games are pricey but definitely worth it! And comparable to a group of 3-4 going to an escape room. Plus you can reset it and hand it off to friends or sell it when you are done! We bought The Balthazar Stone and it’s one of the best puzzle style games I have ever played. We then sold it to a friend for about 80% of what we paid for it.
