Love the idea/concept, can see the potential.

User interface needs work. I'm thinking touch-sensitive key tops such that the pianist can bend the pitch using the same fingers he uses to play the notes, without having to lift his hand at all. Multiple fingers can bend the pitches of multiple notes at the same time.

Will need serious electronics, software, and mechanical engineering to pull off. Can probably eliminate the mechanical engineering part if we do this for a digital piano.
