I am doing so much better these days. Still have low grade discomfort but not all the time. Still working on getting everything re-aligned. Going in for my final PT appointment tomorrow. I do the stretches and exercises daily. Lower Lumbar MRI without dye is scheduled for 2/10.

That’s great news, Mark. I had pretty bad back pain off and on in the 90’s. Thankfully it healed.

Now that I think of it, no. I went into surgery with doc thinking it was a bulging disc and only when they had me opened up was it apparent it was a disc fragment broken off. The difference is important because a bulging disc can be reabsorbed, taking the pressure off the nerve, while the fragment is likely not moving until removed surgically.
