Creamed spinach made with bricks of frozen spinach only.
Have you got a killer version? If so, please share.
We're headed to our 25th annual gathering of the strays tomorrow. I usually bring cranberry compote and mr pique makes roasted veggies. This year I discovered that we have three bricks of spinach in the freezer we'll never use.
What kind of friends are they if I can't foist my frozen spinach bricks on them?
