Don's former brother-in-law is a hugger. He would add a butt squeeze when he hugged guys. I think Don has
taught him that actions of that sort might not be universally appreciated.

My mother picked up hugging long after I left home. It was surprising, but nice. She did limit
her hugs to a small circle of people.

I spontaneously hugged someone once. Surprised us both. It seemed to be appreciated.
