Scary what could be lost if a repeal effort were successful without a replacement plan in place. No wonder McConnell is dumping the whole repeal effort back in Trump's lap.

McConnell is dumping it back in Trump's lap because this time, he can't use reconciliation. So he needs 60 votes. He'll never come up with a plan that can get 60 votes. So, if El Presidente wants to say that he'll do better, let him go try.
