Here's a link to the video where I first learned this. It's in Chinese but if you watch and study it closely you'll see what she's doing then you can do it yourself. It's really cool. Took me a few tries to get it down, now it works like a charm.

Ummm... Bernard, buddy... it's in Japanese, not Chinese.

I like my way better, though. It's five folds, but they stack very well the way I fold them, especially if you rotate every other one 180 degrees in the stack.

1. Shirt face down

2. Fold sleeves in at the seam (two folds).

3. Fold in half on the short axis (bottom hem goes up to the neck).

4. Fold each side in in thirds.
